Payment Terms: Net 30 days to schools, parks & recreational departments, and other governmental agencies that issue a valid purchase order number. All others (including private organizations) must make payment at time of order by check, money order, or credit card. A 1-1/2% per month finance charge will be applied to all past due accounts. Past due accounts will be placed on credit hold until past due amounts, including balance and late charges are paid. A $25.00 service charge will be issued for all returned checks plus any additional costs associated with the service.
Prices: Prices shown on our website are US Currency, current, and supersede all previous price lists. All prices are subject to change without notice. Many products listed on our web site have freight charges listed and these products are available for order online. However, due to complex issues associated with some products, a freight quote is necessary before an order can be placed.
Freight: Orders will be shipped by UPS, Fed-Ex, or Truck. For customers using purchase orders, shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Shipping charges are shown on our web site for most products. However, some products require a freight quote before an order can be placed. Freight prices shown on web site reflect standard shipping service for the 48 contiguous states. For Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, or any other expedited service, please call or e-mail for freight quote.

Damages: All shipments must be inspected at time of delivery for damages or shortages. If damages or shortages occur, note it on the bill of lading and contact us within 5 days. Failure to do so will forfeit any claims for damage with Richardson's Sports Nets, LLC.
Returns: All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Before returning any items, you must contact Richardson's Sports Nets, LLC to obtain a Return Authorization number and clearly mark any and all packages with the RA number. Packages returned without the RA number will not be accepted. Products must be returned in their original condition and contain any tags, warranty information and instructions that were included in the original shipment. The returned item(s) must be received by Richardson's Sports Nets, LLC and meet the aforementioned requirements before a credit will be issued or an exchanged item can be shipped. Customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with the return or exchange including the original shipment. Customer is not responsible for any additional freight charges for items received defective or items received in error. Custom orders are not returnable. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
